Our mission. - It is the mission of Community Living Connections,
Inc. to provide the highest quality residential services to individuals with
developmental disabilities. We ensure person centered supports that emphasize
dignity, respect and independence. Our services aim to connect individuals with
their community and help them reach their fullest potential."
Often, people, touched by the services and support provided by Community Living
Connections, have asked how they can give back to our organization, our support
staff and the people we serve.
How to Give
Memorials - Community Living Connections accepts gifts in memory
of a friend or family member who has passed away or in honor of an individual
for a special event (for example, as a Christmas gift). Your gift will be
acknowledged with a card sent to the individual or their family for whom the
donation is made.
Staff Appreciation Fund - The support staff of Community Living
Connections is an extremely dedicated and caring group of individuals. Through
the staff appreciation fund, your donation will ensure that we can say thank
you to these individuals by recognizing birthdays and anniversaries, sending
out holiday gifts and by our annual Staff Appreciation Dinner.

Consumer
Support Fund - Often the individuals receiving supports from
Community Living Connections do not have the necessary financial resources to
provide for their basic needs or for special events. Your donation will provide
funding for clothing, groceries, household needs or even a trip to Badger Camp
for someone who otherwise would not be able to attend.
General Contributions - Your gift will be used to support the
overall mission of Community Living Connections. A gift to the general fund
allows the organization to determine where the greatest need exists. Your gift
could purchase a handicapped accessible van, fund a special project, pay for a
class or party for consumers or be used to further recognize our dedicated
group of staff.
