Employment Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

  • Must have an acceptable background.

  • Previous experience not required for entry-level positions.

  • A Wisconsin Drivers license, an acceptable driving record, access to a vehicle in good working condition and appropriate insurance is required in most positions.

  • All employees are required to proficiently read, speak and understand English.

Employment Details:

  • Wages begin at $16.00/hour for Part Time staff, $17.00/hour for Full Time staff & $7.25/hour for paid sleep hours.

  • Flexible Hours. Part Time, Full Time and Casual (no base schedule with ability to pick up shifts when available) positions available.

    • What is "Casual"? A Casual staff doesn't have a base schedule, and has the flexibility to pick up shifts when they're available.  When your coworker calls in sick or has a vacation day, you can pick up their shift to help ensure others are living their best lives, with uninterrupted support!
