Where We’re Hiring

CLC is fortunate to have multiple locations throughout Wisconsin. A good portion of our services are in Madison, but we are hiring at all locations with our current sign-on bonus offer. Including: Beaver Dam, Green Bay, Fond du Lac, Madison, Platteville, and Stoughton.

Eligibility Criteria

Be hired into a regular Supported Living Staff or Community Support Manager role.

Complete all onboarding and training within standard timelines.

Meet hours requirement.

Maintain active employment with satisfactory performance.

Additional Information

  • Online Trainings: Bloodborne Pathogens (OSHA), Client Rights, Incident Reporting, First Aid (Including Choking), Safe Medication Administration, HIPAA, Fire Safety, Company Policy Review, Phishing Prevention, Managing Threatening Confrontations (plus Epi-Pen Administration for Community Support Managers). 

    In-Person Trainings (Expected to be completed within 6 months of hire): Orientation, Abuse & Neglect Prevention (plus Training New Support Staff for Community Support Managers). Orientation must be scheduled in the first 90 days of hire.

  • To ensure consistency for the people we serve, bonus eligibility includes:

    Full Time: Average at least 32 hours per week

    Part Time: 15 to 31 hours per week

  • 14-day review - assess adjustment, training progress, and initial job satisfaction. 

    90-day review - reflect on the hiring process and training with on-the-job experience. 

  • Your bonus will be paid in two installments:

    • 50% after 90 days of employment

    • 50% after 180 days of employment
